DEZAN-HOWES (NEE HATCH), Marjorie

Peacefully in her sleep Marjorie passed away on February 20, 2015 in her 91st year at the CHUS Hôtel-Dieu Sherbrooke. Marjorie Hatch beloved wife of the late William "Bill" Dezan and the late Douglas Howes. She is survived by her daughter Margaret Oakley and son-in-law Harvey G. McDonald of Brantford, her granddaughter Jennifer Dezan (daughter of the late Frank Dezan), great granddaughter Olivia May and her sister Frances Giroux of Dunnville, Ontario. Marjorie is predeceased by her sons Lawrence William "Bill" his wife the late Francine Buckland and Francis Frederick "Frank". She leaves to mourn her nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Restting at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke (Lennoxville), on Wednesday, Febraury 25, 2015 from 1 to 2 pm followed by the funeral service at 2 pm. Rev James Potter officiating. Interment will be held in the spring at the Compton Catholic Cemetery. Many thanks to the wonderful staff and doctors at the Hôtel-Dieu for the care given to Marjorie and also to Alberta Crawford and Claudette Cyr who have been amazing and faithful friends.
