Jim and Mary,
We share in your sadness. Your lovely mother was a great neighbour growing up. We can only imagine how you will all miss her. Please accept our sincere condolences.

I never had the pleasure of meeting this fabulous Lady. Though I feel like I knew her as a friend through her daughter Mary for many years. I see the same kind, gentle, funny and loving eyes in Mary as I see in Ms Madelyn. I have met Jim twice. And I felt the same kindness, sense of humor and loving acceptance from him. That same I’ve known you forever feeling. This tells me Ms Madelyn was/is a wonderfully warm Mum. Who will be missed deeply. I pray for peace and comfort as you lean on God during this time. She is happier than we can even imagine in our minds now. Continue to cling to Jesus... You will see her again... love and hugs from me to you all...

Alain and I were very sad to hear of your mum's passing. She was much like my mum, spending time in the kitchen, making all sorts of crafts for church bazaars and singing. I also have fond memories of both of your parents from my days as the Stanstead Journal delivery girl many many moons ago. A very sad day indeed for our Stanstead South parrish and a great loss of a great person.
