George, John L. Peacefully at home on Thursday, April 14th 2005. John L. George, beloved husband for 58 years of Eileen Grey, loving father of David ( Barb ), Rick ( Kathy ), Caroline ( Marc ) and Maggie ( Jacques ). Devoted grandfather of Matt, Adam, Ian, Martha, Marie, Jake and Lauren. He will be sadly missed by brothers: Lloyd and Allan ( Picton, Ont. ) and sister Irene Hadlock ( North Hatley ). There will be a Funeral Service on Monday, April 18th 2005 at 3:00pm in the Lennoxville United Church with the Rev. James Potter officiating. Friends are welcome to gather following the service to celebrate John's life. As memorial tributes, donations to the Lennoxville and District Community Aid, P.O. Box 292, Lennoxville, Qc J1M-1Z5 or to the Connaught Home, 77 Main St. North Hatley, Qc J0B-2C0 would greatly be appreciated by the family.
