BUCKLAND, John

Peacefully at his home in Bury, Qc surrounded by his family, on July 1st 2005 in his 64th year. John Buckland, beloved son of the late Hazel Darker and the late Archey Buckland; loving father of John Jr. ( Carol ), Denise ( Robert Larson ), Jennifer and Jean-Pierre Bolduc ( Monia ); cherished grandfather of Melissa, John Charles, Emily, Andrew, Kayla and Tyson; John is survived by his twin brother William ( Grace ) and his niece and nephew: Kim and Bruce and will be sadly missed by his companion Rejeanne Turcotte and also his many friends. In respect of John's wishes there is no visitation, cremation was held at the Cass/Windsor crematorium, 310 St- Georges St, Windsor, Qc. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 6th 2005 at 11 am in the Island Brook Cemetery with the Rev. Sister Mary Florence Liew officiating. As memorial tributes, donations to St. Paul's Rest Home, Bury, Qc or to the CLSC Haut St. François or to the Bury Canadian Legion Br. #48, will be greatly appreciated by the family. John's family would like to give a special thank you to the Dr. André Mattheau and also his many friends for all the support and kindness extended to him during his illness.
