Peacefully on Tuesday, October 25th 2005, aged 45 years. Beloved wife and loving companion of Dale Cox. Loving mother of Samantha and Jordan. Dear daughter of Nadyne Coombs. Beloved sister of Wally and Michael.. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all her family. The family would like to extend special thanks to her friends who were always there for her and who will greatly miss her. Our sincere appreciation to the doctors and staff of the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre and the Ottawa Hospital for their understanding, care and compassion.
