MILLS, Jeffery

After a courageous battle with cancer, Jeffery Mills passed away on January 10, 2008 at the age of 64 in Plattsburgh, NY. Born in Sherbrooke, QC on September 15, 1943 to Norman and Mabel Mills, Jeff is survived by is loving wife, Pearl, their two children Jeffery (Rebecca), SaraLynn and grandson Dylan. Jeff was the devoted son to the late Norman Mills and the caring brother of the late Rodney Mills. Jeff will be greatly missed by his mother Mabel, his brothers Raymond (Deloris), Dennis (Anne), John (Jennifer), sister Ginny, sister in-law Deanna and cousin Butch Crack (Phyllis) along with many other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at the Cass Funeral Home , 3006, College, Sherbrooke, (formally Lennoxville) Qc J1M 1T9 (819) 564-1750 / www.casshomes.ca, where friends may visit on Sunday January 13, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A celebration of his life will take place at the funeral home on Monday January 14, 2008 at 11 am. The family will be at the funeral home to receive condolences on Monday, 1 hour prior to the service. A private graveside service and interment will be held at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Richmond. As memorial tributes, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 3330 King Ouest, bureau 130, Sherbrooke, Qc. J1L 1C9 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
