I did not know your Mom and I’m not sure if I ever met her a Stc. She must have been an amazing woman as she raised two amazing ladies. Please accept my heart felt sympathies to you and family.

To Mrs Ida Margaret Lasts'family

I am probably a relative of the family. Roy Last was my father, son of Albert Last from Calumet Island. I met dad's cousin Donald when I was very young. My grandfather Albert Last was married to Dianne Cousineau from Perkins and then from Cobalt On.
My deepest sympathy with the assurance of my prayers.
Father Michel Last from Montreal.

Ida,
John's message that you were gone shocked us. You left this world too soon. It was great to be part of your family for so many years. We definitely laughed alot. You & the family were always there for us when we called. I will always be grateful for the time you spent helping Maria plan my wedding shower. The countless hours you were with us before/after my dad passed, as well as helping us with our mother. I will never forget when my dad asked you for a "puffy puff" & we looked at each other & thought should we? But we couldn't - he had the oxygen tank. That would have been one big puffy. You & I laughed so much that day. As we sit & laugh & cry - there is one thing we will not forget about you Ida, & that is the big heart you had for everyone around you. You are now the guardian Angel for your family. Watch over your girls, grandkids & John. Ida, you will be greatly missed but not forgotten.

Goodbye Ida Last Mitchell

Love always,
Carmela
