LA SALLE, Hélène

It is with sadness that we inform you of the death of our precious mother who has been our beacon of light. Ms. Hélène La Salle passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 91. She was the daughter of the late Hector La Salle and the late Laura Lemay.

She leaves to mourn her children: Jude, Marie-Josée (Roger), Chantal (Mario), Benoit, Mathieu and Nathalie (Thomas); her grandchildren: Olivier and Félix as well as her brother-in-law Réjean, several nephews, nieces, cousins ​​and friends. She was predeceased by her brothers: Roger, Rock and Marcel, her sisters: Dolores, Judith, Francine and Nicole.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Sainte-Anne Church located at 1 Montée Mgr Martel in Île-du-Grand-Calumet, Quebec. The family will receive condolences starting at 1:15 p.m.

À toute les familles La Salle et Maisonneuve et Mailloux dont je suis le cousin

Ce départ fait monter bien des souvenirs à ma mémoires. Je visitais la famille d'oncle Hector et de tante Laura. Malheureusement je ne pourrai pas aller aux funérailles. Je garde Hélène dans mon coeur et ma prière. Ce fut une femme courageuse. Heureusement elle fut entourée de la protection de ses enfants. Merci à Thierry Mailloux de m'avoir aviser de cette triste nouvelle. Mes plus sincères condoléances à tous les membres de la famille Je m'unirai à vous de loin le 8 mai et célébrerai la messe pour Hélène.
