FRIGON-DUGUAY, Gislène
1940 - 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of
Gislène Frigon-Duguay
on March 17, 2022 at the age of 82 at the Foyer du Bonheur at 185, rue Cité des jeunes in Hull with her two daughters Lyne and Johanne by her side.
She was the adored wife of the late Norman Duguay, loving mother of the late Claude who predeceased her in 2013, and Lyne (Lui) and Johanne (Andy), and the best grandmother ever to Patrick (Leanne), Julie, Ryan and Jessie. She will be missed by her sister Annette Frigon (late Lucien Lamirande), her brother Jacques Frigon (Marguerite Arbour), her many nieces and nephews, all of whom claimed to be her « favourite », as well as by all the other members of her extended family.
She was devoted to the happiness and well-being of her family and was of a great kindness and generosity.
Only those personally invited by the family are asked to attend the celebration of her life which will be held, in the presence of her ashes, on March 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m at the Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais at 1369, boul. La Vérendrye Ouest in Gatineau. Others who wish to attend the ceremony can do so virtually during the live streaming or through the recording at the following link : https://commemora.tv/fr/diffusions/50017.
The family wishes to thank the staff of the Foyer du Bonheur / Résidence Lionel-Émond for their quality care and exceptional kindness and attention towards Gislène.
