LAROCHE, Gary Ronald
1967 - 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Gary Laroche, from Sawyerville, at the age of 57 at the CHUS Fleurimont surrounded by his family. He was the beloved son of the late Ronald S. Laroche and the late Betty Lou Goodwin.
He leaves to mourn his sister Anne (Mark Winslow), his aunt Edna (the late Eric Browne), his cousins, as well as many other relatives and friends.
A special thanks to Donna Miller for watching over Gary over the years. You are truly appreciated.
A celebration of life will take place in the Hall (the basement) of the Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire Catholic Church, 4 Randboro, Sawyerville, on Saturday March 15 from 12 p.m.to 4 p.m.
A graveside service will be held later in the spring at the Eaton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada and the Canadian Lung Association would be appreciated.

It is sad to hear of Gary's passing. I didn't know him well but what I knew of the man from our infrequent meetings, I liked. And I knew of his excellent reputation, borne out here by these many accolades from people who knew him longer and better than I did. Rest in peace now, Gary. Your passing will be mourned but you will remain loved in the hearts of those who knew you and you will not be forgotten.

While I rejoice in Gary’s release from pain, I share this great loss and send my love. Although i did not know him personally we texted frequently. As I reflect on his love and care for my dear friend, Donna Miller, I can only imagine the legacy of love he leaves behind in his community both with family and friends. I pray that your memories of his kind heart soothes the pain of his loss.
