SARAZIN, Gaëtan

1933 - 2022

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Gaëtan Sarazin on July 4th, 2022 in the Palliative Care Unit at the Hull Hospital.  He was 88 years old when he passed away.  He leaves behind his four children: Sharon Vallilee (Errol Choo), Deborah Lean (Robert Lean), Donna Vallilee (late Ernest Charbonneau) and Shaun Sarazin (Pascale Gauthier).  He was the proud grandfather of David, Michael, Jason, Jennifer, Amanda, and Melissa and great-grandfather to Ryan, Summer, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Benjamin, Hayley, and Connor.  He will be missed by all those that knew him.

A celebration of life will be held at the Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais, 95 Cité-des-jeunes Boulevard in Gatineau (Hull sector) on Sunday, July 16th, 2023 at 10 am.  The family will receive condolences as of 9:15 am.  You will be able to watch the ceremony live or in replay via https://commemora.tv/en/diffusions/76674  In case of technical problems during the live broadcast, a replay will be possible later.

Shaun, Pascale et toute la famille, mes plus sincères condoléances. La peine de perdre un père , beau-père , bref un proche ne doit surtout pas vous faire oublier le bonheur de l'avoir connu et aimé, comme il continuera à vous aimer. L`âme et le coeur apprivoisent les chagrins mais n'enterrent jamais les souvenirs. Je suis avec vous en pensée.xoxox

Shawn Sarazin

Shawn I am so sorry for your loss of a great man. He was a part of my life that I’ll never forget. We had a lot of good times a a lot of laugh’s throughout the years. He still lives in all my memories. Mom and Dad are together now. Rest peacefully Gates.
