NOM, PRÉNOM It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of Frederick A. Pound on May 17, 2015, at the age of 93. Beloved husband of Pauline Thibault. He leaves behind his loving children: Kathleen (Ivan Hawley), Peter (Patricia Stanley), Suzanne (Mike Mongeon), André (Beverly Théberge), Giselle (François Déziel), Fred (Kristen Roovers); his 14 cherished grandchildren and his 18 great-granchildren. He also leaves a brother-in-law Dave Kollesh, three sisters-in-law : Lorraine, Jeannine and Joan as well as many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Frederick A. Pound and Alice Rouse. The celebration of his life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, at 95, Cité-des-Jeunes Bvld, in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Friday, May 22 at 10 a.m. The family will receive condolences at 9:30. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish to do so, donations to the foundation of your choice would be appreciated. The family wishes to thank friends and staff of the Manoir de Low as well as the staff of the Wakefield Hospital for their great support and their excellent care.
