STRACCHINO, Edgar

(Feb 4th 1918 - Nov 8th, 2007) Veteran of WWII Passed away peacefully at the Foyer St-Joseph, Sherbrooke, QC at the age of 89 years. Dorothy Bryant, his beloved wife of 48 years was by his side. He leaves to mourn many relatives and friends. Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St., Sherbrooke, QC (Lennoxville) 819-564-1750 / www.casshomes.ca where friends may visit on Sunday November 11th from 7 to 9 PM and on Monday from 1 to 2 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Monday November 12th at 2:00PM with Mr. Robert Burns officiating. Interment will take place in the Elmwood Cemetery, Sherbrooke. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Elmwood Cemetery, Box 751 Place de la Cite, Sherbrooke, QC J1H 5K7, or to the Canadian Sunday School Mission (Camp Livingstone), 61 Rene, Canton Stanstead, QC J1X 3W2 would gratefully be acknowledged by the family. The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Turmel and the staff on the 4th floor at the Foyer St-Joseph.
