With profound sadness, the family announces that their beloved Charmaine passed away peacefully at her home in Gatineau, in the early hours of December 24th, 2022.
Charmaine was the loving daughter of late Rodolphe and Muriel Therrien. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Martin and they shared three wonderful children, the late Paul (Shirley), Mark (Linda) and Celine (Alexandre). Charmaine was also a proud grandmother of three grandchildren, Jessica, Kevin and Evaline. She is survived by her sister Chantal (Barry Melanson), brothers Charlie, Jude, and Luc (Nancy).
Charmaine was a true spiritualist, and a giving person. If we believe there are angels among us, then Charmaine would certainly have been one. She had the sweetest spirit and always cared for people and family and kept in touch with everyone. A true friend.
Please keep Charmaine in your hearts.
A gathering to honour Charmaine’s life, will be held at the Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais, 750 Maloney Boulevard East in Gatineau on January 22, 2023 beginning at 2 p.m.

I feel your loss and send my family's condolences. We have lost, too soon, a loved member of our family. Although we didn't see each other in person very often, the bond between us was unbreakable. Family is everything and the one place we should feel welcomed and accepted. Charmaine and I kept in touch by phone and I did visit her at home a few times. The picture you used is how I will remember her. That smile says it all. She was a lived and living g soul. RIP dear cousin.
