MCDONALD, Bruce

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce McDonald on September 24, 2021, at the age of 84.

Beloved husband of Carmen Kéroack and son of the late Norman McDonald and of the late Carolyn Carnegie, he leaves behind his children: Joanne (Conrad Zeransky), Scott, Bryan (Tammy Carter) and Michael; his grandchildren: Jacob, Tanya, Nicholas, Brianna and Braeden. He also leaves one sister-in-law and many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

The celebration of his life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 95, Cité-des-Jeunes Boulevard in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 10 am. The family will receive condolences as of 9 am.

In order to comply with the Government’s directives concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, only people invited personally by the family will be allowed to attend the funeral service. All other person wishing to attend the service can do so virtually either in real time or at a later date by following this link: https://commemora.tv/en/diffusions/37939

For those who wish to do so, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

The family wishes to thank the Palliative Care staff of the Hull Hospital for their support and the good care provided.

Mes sincères condoléances pour la perte de ton conjoint. Quand nous perdons un être cher, nous ne reprenons jamais tout à fait le dessus. Nous apprenons à continuer à vivre sans eux. Mais tout en gardant précieusement leur présence dans notre cœur .
