1941 - 2022

At the CIUSSS-Estrie-CHUS, Installation Des Sources d' Asbestos, on April 11, 2022, passed away peacefully, Betty Jean Kydd, at the age of 81. Wife of the late Alvin Fontaine and daughter of the late Stanely Kydd and the late Anita Golden.

The family will receive your condolences at the Danville Sainte-Anne church, on Saturday April 30, 1:00pm,  Funeral service at 2:00pm. followed by the burial in Danville Sainte-Anne cemetery.

She will be missed by her daughters: Lana (Mario Gauthier), Caroline (Philippe Beaudoin) ; She was a beloved grand-mother to her 5 grandchildren: David (Karen Russell), Kylie (Mikael Houde), Erika, Sebastien, Rose; and her great-granddaughter Madeleine and upcoming great- granddaughter to be born in June. She was a sister to the late Wayne (Lucienne), late Brian (late Linda), late Nancy (late Donald), late Sharon, Katherine (Claude), Mark (Johanne); her sister-in-law : Floreen Fontaine and Rachel (late Maurice Plante) also many nephews, nieces, cousins, other family and friends.

The family would kindly like all donations to be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and stroke foundation.
