It is with great sadness, that the family announce the passing of their mother at the CHUS Hotel Dieu Hospital, Sherbrooke, QC on Saturday, October 14th 2006. Audrey Viola Stalker at the age of 79 years, beloved wife of the late Garnet Williams and dear mother of Brenda ( Robert Ross ) and Nancy ( Brian Montgomery ); devoted grandmother of Katie Ross, Brent, Jordan and Danica Montgomery. Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke, QC ( formerly 6 Belvidere, Lennoxville ); Tel: ( 819 ) 564-1750 / www.casshomes.ca, where friends may visit on Monday, October 16th 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9p.m.,and on Tuesday, October 17th from 1 to 2p.m.,followed by the funeral service at 2:00p.m. with the Rev. James Potter officiating. Interment in the East Clifton Cemetery at a later date. As memorial tributes, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 3330 King St. West, Sherbrooke, QC J1L 1C9 or to the East Clifton Cemetery Association c/o Donna McConnell 70 High Forest Road, Sawyerville, QC J0B 3A0, would gratefully be acknowledged by the family.
