LOWE (NÉE SMITH), Audrey

1930 - 2024

Passed away at the Wales Home in Cleveland, on September 6, 2024, at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Lowe and daughter of the late Dane Smith and Gertrude Lintott.

She was the cherished mother of Burton and the late Richard Lowe. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Billy-Joe (Bill) (Jessica Murray), Julie (Aaron Crosby), Crystal and Shawn (Genny Prévost). She was the great-granny of Gracin and Connor Lowe, Vivien and Esme Crosby, Rafaël Bombardier, Jasper Buzzell, Amy and Zoe Lowe. She also leaves behind other relatives and dear friends. Last of her generation, she was the sister of Freda, Oral, Mary (Monty Winget) and Keith (June Hooker/Judy Statton).

The family would like to extend their sincerest and heartfelt thank you to the staff of Norton One at the Wales Home.

The funeral service will take place at the St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Bury, 558 Main St., on Saturday September 14 at 3 p.m. with 2 hours visitation at the church prior the service. Burial to follow at the Bury Protestant Cemetery.
