THE OTTAWA CITIZEN WITH PICTURE INSERT : NOM, PRÉNOM It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of Antonio Silva on March 8, 2014 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Flora Araujo, he leaves behind his three daughters : Helena (Stephen Vail), Filomena (Jorge Antunes) and Catarina (Yawar Khan); his cherished grandchildren : Liam, Jana, Sofia, Pedro, Elisa, Diogo and Ilias. He also leaves his brother Adelino (Helena Dias); his nephew and his niece : Celestino and Flora as well as many friends. Visitations will be held at LA COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 95 Cité-des-Jeunes Blvd, in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Wednesday, March 12 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Thursday, March 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13 at 11:00 at la Mission Portugaise du St-Esprit located at 13 Ste-Bernadette Street in Gatineau (Hull sector). For those who wish to do so, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. The family wishes to thank Dr. Marc Lapointe and the personnel of the CLSC for their support and their good care.
