Madeleine, Garry,
Owen et Sonya.

Dearest Madeleine & Garry,

Thank you so much for all the time you took with me yesterday to share the news of Andre's passing which today has become ever more pressing for me in its reality. I am sure it is that way for you, for Anne, for Robbie, for Yvan, for the entire family. It makes me so sad that we are so far away that we cannot all be together to comfort one another especially as we come to terms that he is the last one of that precious generation that went through so very much together. I am very thankful that we were able to visit together from time to time over all the years & that we can reflect back on those times shared with him. He was a special character & so young still in his spirit - overcoming so much over his life - always resilient, determined in his sheer will to be well again. Also, I was so heartened to hear that he had such a wonderful celebration for the New Year 2022 with all of you - how lovely that he could be with you all & I am sure he thoroughly enjoyed every moment with you! I am just so saddened though that he was alone in his last hours & that it had to be this horrific covid that took him from us all - I do hope & pray he did not suffer too much - may he rest in peace in God's heavenly realm...

Again, thank you, Dearest Madeleine for your compassion, for your love, for all the time you took when you are still yourself in recovery from your surgery. I pray & pray that all will be well as you await the results & that you will soon be fully restored to the precious life you & Garry share together & with your beloved family. You are very dear to me & always will be in my heart & prayers especially at this time of grief, of loss, of suffering & I extend my most heartfelt condolences. May God be with you, comfort you...

With all love, hugs, & prayerful blessings for you both & everyone in the family, Claudette xOxO
