LAVERGNE, André

1948 - 2025

It is with great sadness and regret that we inform you of the sudden, peaceful and painless passing of Mr. André Lavergne on March 4, 2025, surrounded by his family, at the age of 76. He was the husband of Mrs. Paulette Pharand Lavergne (51 years of deep love from 1974 to 2025, (until life do us part) and the son of the late Lionel Lavergne and the late Gertrude Proulx.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children by marriage Roger, Diane and Carole, his grandchildren Suzie, Kenny, Katy, Christine, Brigitte, Patricia, Jonathan and Cassandra as well as his great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother Marcel, his sisters Claudette, Hélène and Linda as well as several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter by marriage Suzanne.

We will celebrate in his loving memory the courageous man he was, the strength and unconditional love he offered his family, as well as all those beautiful moments of joy and endless laughter, on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L’OUTAOUAIS located at 750, boulevard Maloney Est in Gatineau J8P 1G4.
