GUILBAULT, André

It is with sadness that we announce the death of Mr. André Guilbault on July 21, 2024, at the age of 90. He was the husband of Anita Potvin and the son of the late Roméo Guilbault and the late Rosette St-Denis. Besides his wife, he is survived by his son Martin (Louise), his grandchildren Amanda (Tim), Amber (Bobbie), Christian (Amanda), Stéphane (Courtney) et André (Kylie); his stepchildren Marcel (Marielle), Mario and Brigitte; his step-grandchildren Stéphanie, Vanessa and Priscilia and his great-grandchildren Khloe, Eliana, Naomie, Mason, Jacob, Ève and Gabrielle. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Jo-Anne and his son-in-law Robert.

A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at 10 am at the Coopérative funéraire de l'Outaouais located at 95 de la Cité des Jeunes Boulevard in Gatineau (Hull sector). Although it has been a while since we had the pleasure of Andy’s company, we will always remember how he made us feel. He was so welcoming, made us laugh, and entertained us with his wonderful songs and stories. Andy was bigger than life and full of life.
