LACARTE, Alice

Alice Lacarte (nee Carroll) Alice Lacarte died November 8, 2009 at the Temiskaming Lodge in Haileybury at the age of 89. She was born in Haileybury on March 11, 1920, to Percival and Fardina (Primeau) Carroll. She married Jack Lacarte in Kirkland Lake and she was a lifetime member of the CWL. Mrs. Lacarte was predeceased by her husband Jack, sisters Eunice and Helen, brother Roy and her parents. She is survived by her sons Doug (Audrey Aitchison) and Ron (Louise Leveille), six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church on Wednesday, November 11 at 2 p.m. Father John Lemire officiating. Burial is at the Pioneer Cemetery.
